It fits either 1.5" or 1.75" belts and uses two metal straps to secure it. We have threaded holes on the back of the belt attachment and the ladder (picatinny rail) for spacer pads.
The hanger comes pre-assembled for right hand, but it is 100% ambidextrous and you can easily re-assemble it to left hand.
